TEC have successfully hosted Airbus Skywise’s Annual Global Summit for three years. In 2020, due to global travel restrictions, this live event needed a comprehensive re-think.
We planned a virtual 2-day international event. As delegates from countries in different time zones were attending, we decided to produce 3 x 4-hour sessions of live broadcasting from the TEC studio. As the event moved across the globe, moderation with consistent enthusiasm and precision for the full 12-hours was a must! This is a key Industry event with 57 international speakers and we were determined it would be delivered seamlessly, professionally, and fully branded with high levels of participant engagement.
TEC managed the full event, from live streaming services and imaginative digital content to 12 hours of speaker moderation by Natalie, our ever-energetic managing director. It was a complex event which TEC delivered flawlessly. We organised virtual speaker rehearsals in various locations across the world, produced branded backdrops and fun, animated holding space videos. We even provided a COVID safe presenting space in their Lyon head office.
Prior to the two-day event, our custom branded virtual platform co-ordinated the sharing of information, offered exciting competitions and created an anticipatory buzz. The event was live streamed through the online platform without a glitch and our support and expertise ensured that the energy of the moderator and speakers was maintained from the first session to the last.
