Audi Abu Dhabi wanted to create awareness of their new car and provide test drives to key audiences within the UAE. Due to Covid restrictions the in-person event was limited in numbers, which resulted in a 10-day launch event to be able to invite as many guests as possible. To increase the audience reach that Audi were looking for, the TEC digital team supported the event with a digital content campaign. This would amplify the message via Audi channels in addition to leveraging influencers, VIP’s and the media channels of those that attended the event.
To announce the arrival of the AUDI E-Tron we were able to host 80 guests over a 10-day period in line with Covid-safe government guidelines.
The guests enjoyed a VIP Audi experience which included a personal tour of the new model, an exclusive personalised fragrance workshop and gifting along with a beautiful Shour dinner. As we were only able to launch the car to a few people we used social media to reach a wider audience. The TEC content team delivered a 10-day content strategy and digital assets. The plan included teaser content prior to the launch, a follower competition in addition to lots of photography and video content which was shared on Audi Channels and via our guests and media, creating huge community engagement. In addition, we created personalised video content for each of the VIP guests that attended the event for them to share across their extensive networks and appear in the feeds of Audi target audiences.
We were very impressed with TEC's creative thinking in using digital content to create awareness beyond our physical event. The team produced creative, quality content including social media, photography, and personalized video content.
