Sephora always host a bi-annual meeting for their store employees from across the region. They challenged us deliver a hybrid event with 150 in person guests and 400 virtual guests, ensuring everyone enjoyed the same experience. It was a great chance to prove that TEC are the best hybrid event service agency in the region!
The Sephora team where very keen that the event created team spirit and was fun to attend, whilst communicating the key business messages and creating networking opportunities for both in person and virtual guests
We hosted 150 guests in Dubai, in lined with strict government safety protocols with our design team even weaving the Sephora branding into the safety signage! The additional 400 guests joined virtually from in Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and where possible we hosted these guests in hotels in their country and re-created everything the Dubai attendees experienced, from F&B to the unique Sephora branding and networking pods to encourage networking.
A big challenge was ensuring engagement throughout the event as entertainment wasn’t permitted so we needed to get creative with the content…To kick the conference off TEC produced video of a choreographed dance by employees in their home stores, which was a great ice-breaker! We also created a mosaic picture of all the funny photobooth pictures taken during the event, which the team loved – it was so good to be back to Live events!
