Shure challenged TEC with delivering a hybrid event to introduce their new product line, the Shure Axient Digital ADX5D to the market. Their goal was to establish Shure as the market leader in wireless technology and microphones, specifically to the film and broadcast market, through presentations and demonstrations.
TEC created an intimate and exclusive hybrid event in Downtown Dubai, which was end-to-end event planned, executed and delivered within 7 days!
Guests were made up of media, broadcast, film industry creators, film recorders and partners/distributors. All guests were given branded face masks on arrival, alongside branded social media cards, with the handles for Shure’s social channels on. They were then taken into the event space, where the product line was displayed on stage with full LED screen for presentations. Another 56 guests from across MENA joined virtually, where they watched the presentations and demonstrations and were also able to ask questions. Once the event finished, in-person attendees were invited to enjoy networking and hospitality, which included Shure branded desserts. Branded giveaways were also distributed to all guests on departure.
